MONEY BAGG BEAT 135 BPM

This beat was one of my earlier projects when I was newer to Fl studios. I used the pre installed plugins and jynxx drumkit on the school computers to create this beat. some plugins I used fruity parametric EQ 2, Fruity delay 2 and fruity soft clipper. In the melody I used sounds from Fl Keys, Flex and Synth. The Drum patters consists of: 808s, perc's, claps, open hats, hi hats, kicks and FX.
The artist that inspired me was Moneybagg yo, The production on his music is very upbeat trap with loud 808s and kicks. I did my best to recreate that style with this song.
My intention with this piece was to see what I could create with the free Fl plugins, and the pre installed jynxx beat package.
YEAT BELL BEAT 140 BPM

This beat was one of my favorite beats I've made, it is one of my more complex beats using mixing plugins like: Fruity parametric EQ 2, fruity delay 2, fruity soft clipper, and fruity limiter. The melody was created entirely from my ONESHOTS package I have downloaded on my computer, as well as the drum pattern made from a YEAT drumkit I have downloaded.
The artists that inspired me is YEAT and BYNX one of his producers. They use more funky less seen sounds in their beats which are becoming more common in modern day rap.
My intention with this piece was to see how unique I could make a beat, without using the normal sounds you would hear in rap beats and a different tempo.
KANKAN TYPE BEAT 145 BPM

This is my second favorite beat I have made because I had added a beat switch into the middle of it. definitely on of my more time consuming projects. Fruity parametric EQ 2, fruity delay 2, fruity soft clipper are the mixing plugins I used to mix as well as using drums from my YEAT and LUCKI drum kits. The melody was made specifically from one shot patterns I found in my purchased packs.
The artist that inspired this production is BYNX and the rapper Kankan. Again going for that unique sounding beat using funky ONESHOTS, and its a darker Trap beat which is more of the rapper Kankan's style.
I had a plan going into this beat I had pulled out a few sounds to try on a melody that I thought were cool. My main goal with this piece was to create somewhat of a beat switch in the middle of the song.

DRAKE TYPE BEAT 110 BPM

This beat was one of my more complex beats due to what I did to some audio tracks. Some special editing I did was consolidating that track of the melody and changes the hertz to give the melody that underwater feel, which is drakes vibe. the melody was made from one pattern in Fl keys and I layered it with the consolidated track to give it more depth. Fruity parametric EQ 2, fruity delay 2 were the mixing plugins i used as well as a paid reeverb plugin I have. My drums came from a Drake drum kit I have and I kept the pattern simple using only 5 drum sounds.
Drake influenced me for this beat I really wanted to create a soft chill low BPM vibe beat which is different than my regular producing style.
My main goal was to make a beat with a lower BPM. My beats usually go from 140- 180 BPM, I switched it up and used 110 for this beat.
PUT ME DOWN  X  SAMPLE BEAT 146 BPM

Although this beat I made messed up a little when I exported it and doesn't sound like the original, I still like the sample. this was a more simple beat that is easier to rap on using mixing plugins like Halftime, Gross beat, and EQ 2. The melody came from the sample which I chopped at the beat drop and edited to give the raw instrument sound. The drums used came from my MIGOS drum kit with more load and upbeat sounds.
The Rapper that inspired me is a little more underground than some of the Mainstream rappers I listen too. BIGXTHAPLUG specializes in samples and almost all of his beats are created from older songs or TV shows.
My main goal with this beat was to create a sample beat and add my spin with upbeat drum samples from my MIGOS drumkit.
Sampling has always been a struggle for me, but I think I chopped it well and added drums to match that sounded good.
ROD WAVE TYPE BEAT 172 BPM

This beat I created was a simple beat that focuses on the melody. I used Fl Keys as well as a Tuba sound from the plugin Flex to make it.
I kept the drum pattern quite simple using 6 drums throughout the whole song so the melody would really pop. The drums used came from my LUCKI drum kit and my drake drum kit because they have relatively the same sounds when it comes to their beats. Fruity parametric EQ 2, fruity delay 2, fruity soft clipper were some basic mixing plugins I used as well as Vintage chorus, and Notetone.
The rapper that inspired me was Rod Wave. His beats are more melody focused and the drums hit was less than the melody. His beats also have more space for vocals to be sang.
